10 Rising damp and condensation on walls

We have a number of properties across Falmouth that James and the team look after for us. A simple email and everything is taken care of. Estimates are accurate along with time schedules so we can advise our tennants. Highly recommended to any landlord

10 Damp proofing

Had James and the guys come and look at our very mouldy kitchen. The whole room needed stripping and damp proofing but they had it done in no time! Very tidy and professional. 5 stars.

New kitchen and flooring

First class work throughout very reliable, hard working creative bunch of guys and reasonably priced would definitely recommend.

Kitchen fitting

Fal Joinery and Damp Proofing have fitted several kitchens and completed full refurbs for us throughout the Falmouth area. They have also undertaken emergency repair work on our rental properties. Work done to a high standard. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

10 Installing new doors, building new external storage cupboard from wood, making and fitting shelving

James and the team are awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! They took time to do the job right and accommodated requests. Would 1000% work with again and would highly recommend!

Renovation works

Excellent work on our cottage in need of renovation. James the boss, was very attentive and made sure we were happy with everything. All workmen were very hardworking and pleasant. James was very keen to walk through the work at the end to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

Remodelling of stairs with cupboard built underneath for storage.

James and Andy did an amazing job rebuilding our stairs. From the very beginning they were professional and well mannered and always consulted me on the small details. They were both friendly to work with and finished the job to an extremely high standard at a very competitive price. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Chimney repointed

Efficient, with good communication at all times and reliable. Good use of IT involving sending pictures of before and after the jobs were done.

Plastering

Wow! Must be the best plastering ever! Totally recommend this company. Not only was the work superb they were on time, communicative, always responding to my mails, polite, professional and very friendly! Great prices too! I’ll definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. Quality job, quality service…more than a 5 STAR rating!

shed conversion into office and re-modelling of 3 bedrooms into 2

I'd highly recommend James and his team. They were super tidy, friendly and I was really pleased with the quality of their work. Communication was great throughout and they were also very flexible staying late when needed and adding on extras like a custom made shed door.

Replacing fencing

Efficient, tidy work, done with minimum fuss and all the old fencing was removed leaving the flower bed and rest of the garden neat and tidy. It was a transformation and job well done.

10 Modification to my back wall and an unusual size gate fitted.

Ted had obviously planned the job well as I expect d it to take a few days, but he arrived early in the day smashed down my dodgy back wall in no time, modified the footing and rebuilt to the correct shape,. While the cement was drying the new gate was hung on the opposite side and customized to Fit my stupid old house’s design. Done in a day. Smiles all round. Top bloke. Would recommend 10/10

Hot Tub Installation

These guys just helped me install my hot tub. It was all sorted within a day. They were really friendly and so helpful. They sorted it all out while I was at work, even sent me pics of the progress. They took away all the rubbish as well. I would definitely use them again. Great job! Thanks guys. 5 STAR rating!
